MY PROCESS
From our first contact to final gallery
It starts when you reach out via my contact form. Then, we’ll have a video call to get to know each other and discuss your wedding. After, I will send your custom quotes in your private CRM space. And when you’re ready, you will sign the contract and pay a 30% deposit.
One month before, you’ll get access to your personalized Notion hub and a detailed wedding guide to stay organized. And a week before your big day, we’ll have a final prep call to finalize details and ensure you feel fully confident and prepared.
You’ll receive a sneak peek within 7 days to keep the excitement alive and relive those first moments. Shortly after, within 6 to 8 weeks, your full wedding gallery will be delivered. Carefully edited and perfectly curated, ready to be treasured, shared and remembered forever.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
I recommend booking a year in advance, especially for peak months (may to september). But no worries, most couples book 3 to 6 months ahead. And last-minute dates up to a month prior are still possible.
DO YOU TRAVEL EVERYWHERE?
Absolutely. Although I’m based in Bordeaux, as a wedding photographer in France, I’m happy to go wherever your celebration takes place, whether it’s in the Landes, Montpellier, or a hidden gem off the beaten path.
DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
Depending on your wedding’s size and schedule, I can add a second shooter to cover more angles and spontaneous moments. This service is available as an optional paid add-on.
CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH OUR WELCOME DINNER AND/OR BRUNCH?
Yes! It’s possible to include these moments. I offer dedicated packages designed to document your wedding over two or even three days. So nothing goes unnoticed.
WHAT IF YOU’RE SICK OR THERE IS AN EMERGENCY?
Life happens, but backup is ready. If I can’t attend (never happened in 4+ years), a trusted wedding photographer in France steps in. I still handle the editing to keep your photos consistent with my style.
HOW DO YOU BACK UP OUR IMAGES?
Every picture is securely stored on multiple hard drives and in the cloud right after your big day, ensuring your memories are fully protected and never at risk.
WILL YOU GUIDE US IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?
Definitely! No need to worry about what to do. Because I create for you a relaxed space focused on connection and emotion, so you can be yourselves and look amazing.
