in your private client portal. Your date is exclusively reserved once the agreement is signed and the 30% booking fee is received.
8 weeks before the celebration, you’ll receive your bespoke Notion hub and an elegant planning guide designed to keep every detail aligned.
In the final week, we’ll connect for one last call to review the schedule and ensure you feel confident and at ease.
7 days after your wedding, you’ll receive an elegant preview of your celebration. Where 6 to 8 weeks later, your complete gallery arrives,
meticulously edited and ready to be shared, printed and treasured for a lifetime.

DO YOU TRAVEL BEYOND CARCASSONNE?
Not exclusively. I do photograph weddings across France from sunlit Bordeaux vineyard celebrations nearby to grand château affairs in Paris, Dordogne, Provence, etc.
CAN WE ADD EXTRA EVENTS TO THE COVERAGE?
Absolutely and I highly recommend it. From welcome dinners to brunches and rehearsal evenings, these moments beyond the wedding day capture the soul of your celebration and deserve to be timelessly photographed.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR TRAVEL?
Never. As your Carcassonne wedding photographer, all travel and accommodation are included, so there are no hidden costs. Just complete peace of mind.
WHO WILL PHOTOGRAPH YOUR DAY IF YOU CAN’T?
I’ve never missed a wedding day. But in the rare event of an emergency, a trusted Carcassonne wedding photographer will take over, and I’ll personally edit every image so it’s unmistakably my work.
WHEN SHOULD WE RESERVE OUR DATE?
Most couples book 6 to 12 months ahead, particularly for high-demand dates. Still, you can enquire up to 3 months before your wedding and if I’m available, I’ll gladly join your celebration.
HOW ARE OUR PHOTOS BACKED UP?
From the very start, your images are safe. As soon as the wedding ends, they’re backed up to multiple hard drives and secure cloud storage so your memories are never at risk.
WHAT IF WE’RE NOT PHOTOGENIC?
You don’t need any experience in front of the camera. I’ll be there to guide you and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. In that relaxed space, the most heartfelt and natural images will happen effortlessly.
